I had a mixed experience at Mariahilfer Boutique Rooms. The location was fantastic, right on the Mariahilfer shopping street, making it super convenient for exploring Vienna. However, the noise levels at night were disruptive, and the self-check-in process left some issues unresolved. Overall, while there were some great aspects, like the access to public transport and clean facilities, the noise made my stay less enjoyable.

My room was quite comfortable but a bit dark and stuffy. I appreciated the little fridge, but the shower drain was blocked, causing flooding issues. The air conditioning unit was a plus, but I had to leave the window open, which wasn't ideal.
Service

The self-check-in was simple, and I received the access codes quickly. When I reached out via WhatsApp with concerns, they responded promptly.

Being in the midst of the best shopping district of Vienna was a huge advantage. The metro station was just outside the building, making it easy to get around.

The hotel had good facilities and was relatively clean. However, there could be improvements in the provided amenities, like better quality shower gels and more towels.

My stay at Mariahilfer Boutique Rooms was mixed. While the location was fantastic, close to the city center and right on the Mariahilfer shopping street, I encountered some significant issues. The room I stayed in had hot water problems throughout my visit, which really dampened the experience.

I had high hopes for my stay at Mariahilfer Boutique Rooms, but unfortunately, it fell short. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Vienna's best shopping district, which made exploring the area a breeze. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of my room were concerning, leading to a less than ideal experience overall. 😞

Rooms

The room was supposed to be a deluxe category with stunning views, but I was met with cleanliness issues and maintenance problems, like a dripping sink. It felt cramped and poorly maintained.
Service
5.0
Communication was primarily through WhatsApp, which made it easy to reach out, but the response wasn’t always satisfactory, especially regarding maintenance. I had to advocate for myself to get issues addressed.
Location

The hotel is located just 100 meters from the metro station on Mariahilfer shopping street, making it an ideal spot for shopping and dining with plenty of options nearby.
Dining
8.0
While I didn't dine in the hotel, the surrounding area offers a plethora of places with regional products, which adds to the convenience and charm of the stay.

The facilities fell short; there was no coffee maker and the promised sitting area was nonexistent. I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities like face towels and the overall cleanliness during my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Mariahilfer Boutique Rooms for its prime location, right in the heart of Vienna's shopping district. However, the room's condition left something to be desired, with a few maintenance issues that hindered my overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room felt very basic and wasn't in the best shape. The mattress was quite old and sagging. The third bed was a fold-out camping style, which may not be practical in a room meant for three. I also encountered a lot of noise from neighboring rooms.
Service
5.0
The self-check-in process was straightforward and the online staff were responsive via WhatsApp. Still, the lack of on-site staff made it challenging to resolve noise issues promptly.
Location
9.0
The location was a highlight, as it was nestled in the best shopping district of Vienna with easy access to public transport. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
Dining
7.0
While I didn't dine here, the nearby cafes offered numerous tempting options. It seemed like a great way to experience local flavors.
Facilities
6.0
The room had some nice benefits like a fridge and included shower gel, which added to the comfort. However, the basic amenities did feel lackluster given the price point.

I had a mixed experience at Mariahilfer Boutique Rooms. The location is fantastic, right next to the main shopping promenade and within walking distance of the city center. However, I faced significant issues like a lack of hot water during my stay and a somewhat confusing check-in process. Overall, I was satisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the room, but the service and facilities left much to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
My room was new and clean, but quite small. The sliding door to the bathroom was troublesome, as it came off track and blocked the exit, which was concerning.
Service
5.0
The staff was not very responsive when I reported the hot water issue. Even after switching on the boiler myself, I still couldn't get hot water, which was frustrating. I had to wait quite a while before I could shower in a different room.
Location

The hotel is right in the middle of the best shopping district, making it super convenient for everything I needed and very close to public transport.
Dining
Facilities
5.0
The boutique hotel had some nice furnishings, but the problems with the hot water and the confusing access instructions marred my experience.
